Superfood: Triple Threat Tea

I chanced upon this recipe a few months ago when I was down the flu and researching natural ways to combat it. At the time, the weather was transitioning from spring to summer and I fell victim to the seasonal flu. NO MORE!

As the weather is slowly but surely transitioning from summer to fall, I am prepared with this delicious, natural and healthy drink to keep my immunity up. I call this drink the ‘triple threat tea’ because alliterations are fun and because there are so many health benefits of ginger, lemon and honey.

  1. I’ve read that lemon and honey do not fare well for circulation system. I usually stick by ginger-clove-honey tea when I catch cold and flu.
