C is for Cookie, It’s Good Enough For Me

This week, I celebrated The Boy’s birthday by baking him something he’s been wanting for a really long time….one giant cookie.

I found this wonderfully simple recipe from the ladies over at Big Girls Small Kitchen and made some tweaks of my own i.e. less sugar, added a step (refrigeration for 36 hours).

This cookie was such fun to make especially because I was doing it to celebrate my partner-in-crime. Here’s to many more birthdays (and cookies)!
