It’s time for another empties post where I collect and show you my trash! Yasss.
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream: I’ve talked at length about this product here.
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cleanser: I really like this cleanser. It’s simple and effective.
Lush Eau Roma Water: I use this as a toner and have reviewed it fully here.
Saadia argan oil: After a whole year, I am finally done with this bottle of argan oil. I used it on my face, hair and body but am now into jojoba oil as it is much lighter.
Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara: I never got the chance to write up a review of this mascara. It is actually one of my favorites just for length and volumizing purposes.
ILIA lip scrub: I am donating this lip scrub after realizing that there is a much more effective way to exfoliate my lips with Q-tips. I reviewed this product here – it’s a little gimmicky if you ask me.
Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer: I received this sample size from Sephora and used it all winter. I like this primer but have found a more effective sunscreen to use under my makeup.
Josie Maran cream blush: I received this as part of a gift set from Sephora and only used it once or twice. I wasn’t a big fan of the smell.
ILIA concealer: I emptied this concealer into an old moisturizer tub, mixed in equal parts of moisturizer and created my own tinted moisturizer. I reviewed this at length here.
NARS Walkyrie: I am donating this to a friend after realizing that matte lips are not me at all.
Burt’s Bees lip gloss: I bought this lip gloss on a whim. I liked it enough to use it a couple of times but sadly, it became sticky and smelt gross after just a few months.
Eyeko eyeliner: I reviewed this eyeliner here.
Tarte Inner Rim liner: I stopped using eye liner in the fall. I loved how it brightened my eye area but didn’t like how it looked unnatural. I’ll be donating these after I sanitize them.
Makeup brushes: I finally caved and decided to buy the Beauty Blender and it has completely rendered my two face brushes obsolete! I’ll be donating these since they’re still good enough to use.
you’ve been stylesyah-ed! xo
